Payment Policy

At DiziIndia Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to maintaining transparent, secure, and fair payment practices for all our clients. This Payment Policy outlines the terms governing payments for our services, including website development, software solutions, mobile applications, CRM/ERP systems, branding, digital marketing, AI automation, consulting, and other customized services.

1. Payment Terms

All services provided by DiziIndia Pvt. Ltd. are subject to agreed commercial terms and payment schedules communicated through quotations, proposals, invoices, agreements, or Statements of Work (SOW).

Payments may be structured through advance payment, milestone-based payment structure, monthly or recurring subscriptions, AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract), retainer-based engagement, or custom commercial arrangements.

The agreed payment structure shall be binding upon project initiation.

2. Project Initiation

Project execution and resource allocation will commence only after receipt of the applicable initial payment or agreed advance amount.

Delays in payment may impact project timeline, resource allocation, deliverable schedules, and support and maintenance activities.

3. Milestone Payments

For development and technology projects, payments may be divided into milestone stages including project commencement, design approval, development phase completion, testing/UAT phase, deployment and go-live, and final handover.

Milestone payments become due upon completion of each stage as per agreed terms.

4. Accepted Payment Methods

We accept payments through secure and authorized channels including UPI, net banking, credit/debit cards, bank transfer, payment gateway transactions, corporate payment links, and international payment methods where applicable.

All transactions are processed through secure payment systems.

5. Taxes & Government Charges

All prices, quotations, and invoices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless explicitly mentioned.

Additional charges may include GST, government taxes, international transaction fees, currency conversion fees, and payment gateway charges where applicable.

Clients are responsible for any statutory or banking charges arising from payment processing.

6. Third-Party Services & API Charges

Certain projects may require integration of external services including SMS gateways, cloud hosting, telephony systems, AI APIs, WhatsApp APIs, maps and communication APIs, server infrastructure, premium plugins, and software licenses.

Charges for such services are separate from DiziIndia service fees unless specifically included.

7. Refund Policy

Payments made for consultation, strategy, development work, digital services, or customized solutions are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

Refund requests, if applicable, shall be evaluated based on project status, work completed, resource utilization, and contractual terms.

Approved refunds may require processing time.

8. Payment Delay & Suspension

DiziIndia Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to pause project activities, suspend access to deliverables, delay deployment, and restrict support services in cases involving overdue payments.

Work may resume after settlement of pending dues.

9. Invoice & Documentation

Invoices shall be issued electronically through registered communication channels.

Clients are requested to review invoices promptly, raise discrepancies within 7 business days, and preserve payment acknowledgements for future reference.

10. Security & Confidentiality

We prioritize secure financial transactions and protect client information through reasonable technical and administrative safeguards.

DiziIndia Pvt. Ltd. does not store sensitive card or banking credentials directly on its systems.

11. Policy Updates

DiziIndia Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time without prior notice. Updated policies shall be published on this website.
